Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Forge ("Service"), operated by Triforce Software ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Forge is an AI-powered development platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage applications. The Service includes AI code generation, managed infrastructure, project hosting, and related tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes are prorated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your content and code

You retain full ownership of all code, files, and content you create or upload to Forge. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects. You may export or delete your projects at any time.

6. AI-generated content

Code generated by the AI assistant is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before using it in production. We make no guarantees about the correctness, security, or fitness of AI-generated output.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' projects or accounts
• Deploy applications that distribute malware, perform attacks, or engage in abusive behavior
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or rate limiting
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Enterprise plan customers with an SLA are governed by the terms of that agreement.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your projects and data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period unless you export them first.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triforce Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
